The service and permitted use
ocean ice provides invoicing, sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting and reporting tools within the features, permissions and capacity of your plan and agreement. Subscribers receive a right to use the service during the subscription term, without acquiring ownership of the platform or its code.
These tools support business administration and do not replace professional accounting, tax or legal review. Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access other accounts, disrupt the service or misuse its resources.
Accounts, staff and permissions
Provide accurate registration details, protect passwords, assign permissions appropriate to each role and withdraw access when no longer required. Subscribers are responsible for actions performed by their authorized users within the business account.
Report suspected unauthorized access to support. Do not share credentials with unauthorized parties or circumvent plan limits or security controls.
Trials, subscriptions and payment
New trials last 14 days from registration submission. Email confirmation is required before provisioning. No credit card is required and a trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Access stops when the trial expires unless a paid plan is activated.
Prices, duration and capacity are set out in the published plan or agreed contract. Paid access is activated after receipt of payment is confirmed. Renewal, cancellation and any refund are governed by the agreement and applicable law. This page does not change the dates of existing trials or contracts.
Input accuracy, settings and review
Subscribers are responsible for accurate and complete information they enter or import, including prices, quantities, costs, discounts, balances, tax rates and treatments, and staff permissions. Outputs depend on the data, configuration and approved transactions in the account.
ocean ice is not responsible for consequences of incorrect, incomplete or duplicate information or unsuitable settings supplied by subscribers or their users. Authorized staff should review documents and reports before approval, sharing or official use, and report discrepancies to support.
Preparing or internally approving a VAT return does not file it with an authority. Subscribers remain responsible for reviewing and submitting returns on time and checking the requirements applicable to their businesses.
Availability and events beyond reasonable control
Reasonable care is taken to operate and maintain the service. Maintenance and external events can affect availability. Unless a separate service-level agreement applies, this page does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ocean ice is not responsible for a failure or delay directly caused by force majeure or events beyond its reasonable control, including earthquakes, floods, fires, natural disasters, widespread power, internet or telecom outages, or binding government measures, where the event actually causes the failure or delay. Reasonable efforts will be made to limit the impact and restore service.
An interruption is not automatically treated as force majeure. This clause does not waive obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability limits and statutory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ocean ice is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from use or inability to access the service, except where required by law or an enforceable written agreement.
These terms do not exclude fraud, gross negligence, liability for harmful acts, or rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. Any limitation operates only to the extent permitted by applicable law; mandatory legal provisions prevail.
Data and intellectual property
Business data and documents remain with the subscriber and their respective rights holders. The service processes them only as necessary to provide and protect the service, follow lawful instructions and meet legal obligations, as described in the privacy policy.
The ocean ice brand, platform design, materials and code belong to their rights holders. Do not copy, resell or use third-party marks to imply an unverified approval or partnership.
Expiry and suspension
Operating and viewing rights after expiry or downgrade depend on the plan, agreement and account status. Access may be restricted in response to verified misuse, security needs or legal obligations, subject to applicable rights.
Subscription expiry does not mean immediate deletion or indefinite retention of all data. Export and deletion requests are handled under the agreement, privacy policy and lawful record-retention requirements.
Changes and contact
The current version and update date appear on this page. Material changes affecting rights or data processing will be communicated through an appropriate channel, with consent requested where required by law.
Raise questions and complaints with the service operator through the agreed contact channels. This does not prevent referral to a competent authority under the agreement and applicable law.
